Portal quirks
- Digital photos need at least 600×750 px and a file between 50KB and 6MB (10MB is the passport limit, not the visa one)
- The digital visa spec asks for a plain light-coloured background; the 29–34 mm head band comes from HMPO's printed-photo guidance and is a safe framing target
