The service

Visa Photo Pass checks a photo you supply against published government photo requirements and, if you purchase, renders a file formatted to those requirements (pixel dimensions, file size, background). The free check is unlimited and carries no obligation.

We are an independent tool. We are not affiliated with any government, embassy, or visa service, and we do not submit applications on your behalf.

What we promise — and what we don't

We promise the delivered file matches the published specification for the document you selected, as sourced and dated on each document's page.

We do not and cannot promise your application will be approved. Acceptance is always the issuing authority's decision, and portals occasionally reject compliant photos. That risk is exactly why every order is covered by our money-back policy: if a portal rejects the file we rendered, you get a refund.

Your responsibilities

Upload only photos you have the right to use, of yourself or of someone who has asked you to prepare their application photo. Photos must be recent and unedited apart from the formatting this tool performs.

Delivery and expiry

Paid files are delivered on the download page and by email. Download links are valid for 24 hours, after which files are deleted for privacy. Each order includes one free regeneration after expiry and one free re-render if processing fails.

Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. Prices vary by region and are shown before you pay. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy — in short: rejected by the portal, or unhappy for any reason, you get your money back. One refund per order.

Liability

Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not liable for consequential losses such as missed appointments, travel costs, or application fees.
