Money back if rejected — no questions asked
If a government portal rejects the file we rendered, you get a full refund. If you're unhappy for any other reason, you also get a full refund. We don't ask for proof, screenshots, or explanations.
One refund per order. That's the whole policy.
How to request it
Email the address below with your order ID. The order ID is in your delivery email and in your download-page link (the long code after /download/).
Why we can afford this
Every render is checked against the published spec before delivery, and the measurements are stored with your order. Rejections of compliant files are rare — rare enough that treating every refund request generously costs less than making you fight for it.
Include your order ID (it's in your delivery email and download link). Refunds are issued within 2 business days — usually much faster.
