Portal quirks
- The photo must be perfectly square — the portal rejects any other aspect ratio
- Background may be plain light-coloured or white; the file must stay between 10KB and 1MB

A square JPEG (equal height and width), minimum 350×350 px, file size between 10KB and 1MB, plain white background, full face centred and eyes open. This tool outputs 600×600 px, comfortably inside the accepted range.
